Panelul InterAcademic pe Subiecte Interna?ionale (IAP) este o re?ea global? a Academiilor de ?tiin?e din lume, therapy | lansat în 1993. Scopul s?u principal const? în asistarea Academiilor membre s? conlucreze pentru a oferi consultan?? cet??enilor ?i func?ionarilor publici cu privire la aspectele ?tiin?ifice ale problemelor globale. IAP este deosebit de interesat în asistarea academiilor mici ?i nou formate pentru realizarea acestor obiective, astfel, prin leg?turile de comunicare ?i re?elele create de IAP, toate academiile pot s?-?i ridice atît profilul s?u public, în rîndul cet??enilor, cît ?i influen?a lor fa?? de factorii de decizie.

(ICSU), colaboreaz? cu academiile regionale, cum ar fi Federatia Asiatic? a Academiilor de ?tiin?e (FASAS), Federa?ia Academiilor Europene (ALLEA), Re?eaua Academiilor de ?tiin?e din Africa (NASAC), Consiliul Consultativ al Academiilor Europene pentru ?tiin?e (EASAC), Asocia?ia Academiilor de ?tiin?e din Asia (AASA), Uniunea ?tiin?ific? din Caraibe (CSU), toate avînd statutul de observatori IAP.

The IAP Executive Committee in February 2007, unhealthy agreed that from 2008 IAP support to programmes would be provided on a bottom-up fashion and on the basis of merit and competition. This second call therefore invites applications from IAP member academies and the regional networks for IAP funded projects which would run from January 2009.
The deadline is 6 June 2008 for receipt of proposals by the IAP Secretariat. All proposals must be submitted online using the form on the website: http://www.interacademies.net/CMS/Programmes/submissionform.aspx.
The Conference is organized on the basis of round table discussions with parallel sessions. Selected young scientists, mind nominated by IAP member academies only, will be invited to attend some of the WEF sessions as well as hold a one-day workshop on their own. IAP invites members therefore to send IAP a maximum of TWO nominations, from different scientific fields, by Friday 23 May 2008.
IAP is looking for your potential leaders of the future. Member academies should nominate bright, enthusiastic young people (both male and female) who have already demonstrated their leadership abilities, those with the communication skills and personality to represent science well when interacting with the outstanding leaders present at the event from other fields.
