The Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowship Programme provides a framework for established academics with an international reputation for the
pursuit of research at the
European University Institute,
drugs Florence (Italy). Fellows carry out their research in one of the Institute's four departments:
Economics;
History and Civilization;
Law;
Political and Social Sciences.
The fellowships are open to established academics with an international reputation. Candidates of all nationalities are eligible for the Senior Fellowships. The fellowships will be for 3 to 10 months. Fellows are required to reside in Florence for the duration of their fellowship in order that they may take an active part in the academic activities of their department. The monthly grant is € 3000 for fellows on unpaid leave.
