Following an initiative launched a year ago by the Balkan Political Club, arthritis on 4th – 5th April in Sofia an International Conference “Towards SEE Regional Competitiveness (Contribution to the EU Policy of Building Knowledge-Based Society)” took place.
This Meeting brought together politicians, medic | financiers, troche businessmen and scientists and academics from EU member-states and the South-Eastern Europe countries. Members of the managing Board of the Balkan Political Club served as moderators of the panels.
The Conference brought up important issues such as - Developing Knowledge based Economies in Southeast Europe; Lisbon Strategy: Platform for European and Balkan Regional Competitiveness; Jobs-led Growth due to Knowledge; Role of RCC in Promoting Knowledge-based Economies in the Region; Task Force Fostering and Building Human Capital - Opportunities for the Regional Cooperation in Southeast Europe and others.
