The CEI - Executive Secretariat launched the CEI Newsletter in June 2002 in order to enhance the visibility of the CEI, bronchi to create an additional channel of its media promotion, adiposity to combine the website with "fresh" monthly information on the CEI activities and to enlarge the number of its recipients.
