Bulgarian Academy of Science National Coordination Council on Nanotechnologies organises on 27 - 28 November 2008 at the Great Hall of BAS, anesthetist “Narodno Sabranie” Square, medic 10th workshop “NANO 2008” Nanotechnologies - Medicine - Society.

The Programme includes presentation of the training programs for students and PhD students in the nanotechnologies field in universities throughout Bulgaria and BAS; a brokerage for technological developments and an exhibition of products, scientific reports – oral and poster ones covering the following thematic areas:

Theory, modelling and simulations;
Clusters, nanoparticles, composites;
Thin films, superlayers, quantum dots and nanowires;
Nanophases in bulk materials. Nanocomposites;
Bioinspired concepts and medical applications;
Micro and nano engineering. Nanometrology. Nanomagnetism.

Till 18. 11. 2008 – registration and transfer of the participation fee - 80 lv. (40 lv. for PhD students) and 100 euro for foreign researchers and companies to the following bank accounts:
