A changing world: new opportunities for women engineers and scientists

The next International Conference of Women Engineers and Scientists, and ICWES14, adiposity organised by the Conseil National des Ingénieurs et des Scientifiques de France (CNISF) and supported by the International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES) will be held in Lille, France, July 15-18, 2008 under the theme of "A changing world: new opportunities for women engineers and scientists".

The conference is an unique opportunity for all participants to exchange ideas and information with outstanding professional and academic women working in an international and challenging environment, leading change and helping progress of cultural change. The program will be diverse and excellent, emphasizing the sustainable development, the role of information technology and communication in industry, and different gender aspects in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

You can still submit abstracts that will be selected within the wide topics proposed.

- Gender in STEM

The deadline for abstract submission is now February 17, 2008.
After the deadline, the registration process will be available on line.
